A+ is the industry leading certification for entry-level IT support professionals.
CompTIA IT Fundamentals
IT Fundamentals is the first certification that you will earn in TechWorks and builds a strong IT foundation.
IBTA Business Communication
Communication is a critical component of every IT job. This credential helps you communicate more effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers.
Finish in 12 weeks or less!
TechWorks is based on an intensive, boot camp model. So, you will dive in quickly and complete the program in 12 weeks or less.
Live Virtual Training
For up to 20 hours per week, you will learn from an expert trainer in a live, virtual classroom with other like-minded, entry-level trainees.
1-1 Tutoring
During non-training days, you will have access to your expert trainer for one-on-one tutoring and coaching. There is much to read and absorb, so you will have a lot to discuss!
Group & Self-Study
Since TechWorks relies on a boot camp model, you will need a lot of time outside of the virtual classroom to read, learn, and practice your new skills using our Virtual TechWorks Platform.
