Featured Participant Training Programs
Explore the impact of one of our customized, high-performing, and first-of-its-kind training initiatives, VetWorks. This 5-day training and employment program helps veterans locate good-paying jobs through intensive skill building, supportive networks, and employer connections. To date, 80% of participants are employed within only 4 weeks of graduation - even though most participants are out of work for more than a year prior to attending the program. RetailWorks is designed to grow public workforce participants into high-performing retail professionals. Through four discrete courses, participants prepare for every aspect of retail operations, from inventory management and demand forecasting, to merchandising and sales, to human resources, financial reporting, and loss prevention. Graduates will validate their new skills with industry-recognized credentials and will build their passion for retail through an immersive and experiential training experience.
