While Northeast Indiana is known for many things – its biomedical industry, manufacturing, and agribusiness – it’s time for the region to turn towards tech and begin developing opportunities for more diverse representation.

JobWorks, Inc., joined by Indiana Tech, Techpoint and Innopower, is hosting a think-tank event to encourage conversation among community members who are invested in growing a more diverse tech industry in Northeastern Indiana. Not only will this experience generate conversation about tech jobs in our region, the goal is to make this event just the beginning. From this singular day, implementation and continued collaboration is desired.

This event is fueled by Techpoint Mission 41K, an effort to add more than 41,000 tech jobs to the Hoosier workforce. Your invited to come out and share your ideas on how to design a more diverse, equitable workforce.
